I’m a mental health therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Redlands. I've had the privilege of working with individuals, teens, couples, and families for many years. My journey into therapy started unexpectedly—what began as an interest in Business and Law shifted the moment I took my first psychology class. I felt a deep, comforting sense of clarity and peace that told me this was the path I was meant to follow.

In therapy, I take a warm, non-judgmental approach and understand that everyone faces their own unique challenges. Whether you’re struggling with communication in your marriage, trying to connect with your teen, or feeling overwhelmed by family dynamics, I believe that with the right tools, support, and compassion, healing is always possible. I use proven methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Gottman Method Therapy to tailor our work to your needs.

I’m particularly passionate about helping families, teens, and couples work through tough times. Relationships are the foundation of everything we do, and when those relationships are in turmoil, it can affect all areas of life. My goal is to help you and your loved ones build understanding, improve communication, and create stronger, healthier connections.
