Daniel Williams, Counseling Intern (Virtual Only)

Are you feeling withdrawn, anxious, or unusually irritable? Perhaps you’re sensing a disconnect between your mind, body, and the world around you. I understand how overwhelming the feelings can be, and I want you to know you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we’ll work to reconnect you with your authentic self, uncovering your unique strengths and resilience along the way.

With a background in crisis intervention, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from vulnerable and underserved communities, helping them navigate mental health challenges and addictions. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore, heal, and grow. I know firsthand the importance of quality support—I entered this field after experiencing the system as a client myself, where I encountered both helpful and harmful providers. Inspired by those who helped me rediscover my potential, I am driven by a commitment to ensure that no one in my care falls through the cracks.

Healing is a journey that takes courage and persistence, but each step forward brings you closer to a life of peace and fulfillment. I’d be honored to support you on this path. Please feel free to reach out anytime, and let’s begin building a life that feels true to you.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and friends, caring for my dog, and unwinding with YouTube videos. As a fun fact, I’m 6’11” (though not an athlete!) and am classically trained in music.

Education:

• B.A. in Sociology, Wayne State University

• Master of Social Work (MSW), Wayne State University, expected 2026

Let’s connect and begin this journey together.”
